I hope everyone is rested and ready for the next semester. This one will
go really fast! We have lots on the schedule, and many more things to learn
before the end of May.
Today you will find several important papers in your child's backpack.
First of all there is a paper with two permission slips for two field trips in
January. We will go the the Huntsville Art Museum on January 15, at no cost
to us. Students will need to either bring a sack lunch that day or order one
from the lunch room. On January 20, we will go to the Princess Theater to see
a production of "Junie B. Jones". Students will be charged a $7.00 entrance
fee. You may send the money anytime before January 18.
Also, in your child's backpack, you will find the information about our
trip to Camp McDowell. Please send the papers back fully completed by January
29. We encourage parents to go on this fun trip, you will enjoy it as much as
the children. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about
this field trip.
Our supplies are running low. Most children need more pencils, some need
new composition books. We are on our last container of hand sanitizer as
well. It would be great if a few of you could send in a new supply.
