This is my 21st year to teach for the Decatur City Schools, and I have
taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. I am so excited about having the opportunity
to teach your child this year! I earned my Master's degree in education in
1990 and received National Board Certification in 2003. I am married to Pat
Busing, a banker at Renasant Bank, and I have two children, Hannah,
age 15, and Chandler, age 12.
My philosophy is that ALL children can learn.
My goal is to not only teach students academically, but to teach them how to
be kind, be responsilbe, and be the best they can be in life!
In Mrs. Busing's class, we are all different,but special. We will respect
each other and take care of each other. We will follow the 7 habits to help
us make good choices.
