An Interview with Mrs. Thrasher

Who are you?
 My name is Jana Thrasher, Kindergarten Teacher at Cullman City Primary 
School.
 
What is your favorite grade to teach?
      Kindergarten is my favorite.  1st Grade comes in a close second!
 
What is your favorite book?
 I like to read "Walk With Me" by Naomi Danis.  The little girl in the story 
reminds me of my little girl.  I also like to read "If You Give a Mouse a 
Cookie" and "If You Take a Mouse to School" by Laura Numeroff.
 
What is your favorite place to shop?
 When I shop for myself I go to Belks, Christopher and Banks, Coldwater 
Creek and Monograms Plus. However, I often find myself at The 
Bulletin Board Teachers Store and Wal Mart! :)

What is your favorite color?
 My favorite color is fuchsia.
 
What is your favorite candy?
 I love chocolate!  My favorite is Hershey's Chocolate Bar and Milky Way!
 
What is your favorite flower?
 I like tulips.
 
What is your favorite restaurant?
 My family enjoys going to the Angler Restaurant for dinner. I also enjoy 
eating at Ruby Tuesdays and any Mexican restaurant!   
 
What is your favorite center?
 My favorite center is the ABC/Reading Center. It is amazing to see the 
growth that happens in one year!  
 
Why did you become a teacher?
 I love teaching for all of the "little reasons"! I wanted to make a 
difference in the lives of others!
