Practice word wall words, read the new story for the week, and keep reading
from our book bags. Remember to sign the reading log in the green homework
folder after completing reading homework! By doing so, your child will be
able to monitor his or her progress as he or she climbs to meet a personal
reading goal.
We are also becoming mathematicians! Complete the B side of the homework
sheet each night and practice those math facts!
Spelling and spelling homework will begin during the second trimester.
Homework:
Monday: Write spelling words five times each.
Tuesday: Choose five words and place in ABC order; then, use each of those
five words in a sentence.
Wednesday: Choose five words and place in ABC order; then, use each of those
five words in a sentence.
Thursday: Study for spelling test.
