Please make note of the following additions to the class syllabus:

Add to supply list: 1-  4 pack of tab dividers for binder

Paper Heading:  EVERY assignment turned in must have in the upper right hand 
corner Full student name, date, class period, and title of assignment.  
Papers that do not contain this information will not receive a grade.
