When can I register my child?

Registration is from 7:30 - 3:30 Monday through Friday.

What do I need to register my child?

You will need to provide the following documents for registration:
1. 2 proofs of residence from the following
   a. property tax records
   b. mortgage documents or property deeds
   c. residential lease
   d. one utility bill
   e. automobile registration
2. child's certified birth certificate
3. child's certificate of immunization
4. child's social security card
5. withdrawal form from previous school
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD IF ALL THE ABOVE FORMS ARE NOT 
PROVIDED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.
If you are a divorced parent or legal guardian of the child you are 
enrolling, you must provide legal documentation naming you the custodial 
parent or legal guardian.

When does school start?

The first day of school will be August 7, 2007. The school day begins at 
8:00 am and we dismiss at 3:00 pm. Students who are transported by car, ride 
bicycles, or walk to must arrive after 7:15 a.m. and enter through the front 
doors of the school.  Students that arrive at school before 
7:45 am will need to report to their assigned morning areas. 1st - 3rd 
graders need to go directly to the gym upon arrival. 4th - 5th graders will 
report to the lunchroom upon arrival.  Sixth graders go to the music room.

What is the procedure for changing how my child goes home?

A written signed note must be sent to the homeroom teacher stating the 
change in transportation. If a change is made during the day, a faxed note 
stating the change must be recieved by the office no later than 1:30 pm.  No 
students will be allowed to change transportation routines without a written 
note signed by a parent or legal guardian.

When can my 5th or 6th grader get a locker?

Lockers for 5th and 6th graders are on sale in the office. The cost is 
$5.00.
