It is our goal to teach the students at East Elementary to become a
physically educated person. We try to provide activities that reflect the
knowledge of motor skills and fitness components, strategies, application of
skills, and the ability to transfer these skills to daily living.
We also intentionally design activities that allow students
opportunities to work together for the purpose of developing social skills
and responsible behavior.
