About The Teacher
Hello, my name is Patti Britton. I was born in Cullman and attended Vinemont High School. I received my Bachelor degree from Athens State in 1994. I have previouly taught kindergarten and third grade. I will be teaching fourth grade this year at East. I am married to Mark Britton and we have three children, Patrick, Matthew, and Meaghan. I enjoy spending time with my family, sports, and reading.

Mission
My mission for the class is to provide an environment that promotes learning and life long learning. My goal is to help guide the children to become better thinkers and problem solvers that will serve them as they go through life. Our classroom is a small community. We will work together as we tackle fourth grade skills. I strive to make each child feel important and contributes to our community during the year. My goal for each child is that when he/she leaves my classroom, he/she believe that he/she is a life long learner that can achieve whatever he/she desires.
