Ms. Masuoka and Ms. Robinson

Here's what is happening this week:

• In Reading, we are reading the Reader's Theater Play the  Invention Convention. The Spelling, Vocabulary, and Reading Test for this story/lesson will be Tuesday, February 9th. There is NO Spelling Choice this week. Vocabulary and Spelling words are the same. 
• In Language, we are working on narrative writing. We will also be reviewing adjectives and descriptive writing.
• In History, we are beginning Chapter 9 which continues our study of the American Revolution. The students have the study guide for the next test which will be Friday, February 12th.
• In Math, the students are working on a variety of different skills. Remember, when students complete their math homework, they must show their work. 
• In Science, students will begin studying the solar system. 
• The coupon book fundraiser has come to an end. Please turn in the coupon book or money for coupon books.
