CONDUCT CALENDAR-Please sign it daily.

 Please make sure your child has lunch money everyday, or pay in advance. There will be no lunch charges. Please remember that applications for free and reduced lunch must be filled out each year. You may send lunch money to school, or manage your child's meal account by enrolling in MealpayPlus.

• Please send your Box Tops for Education cut outs to  help our school!
• Yearbooks are on sale now for $35 (Make checks payable to Lakewood Elementary) 

TRANSPORTATION CHANGES- If your child needs to do something other than what you specified on the transportation form, you must send a note or call the school before 2:30 pm.

ABSENCES AND MAKE UP WORK – All absences require an excuse that must be written by the parent or doctor and sent to school on the day the student returns. Students must complete any assignments that were missed.
