3rd Grade Parents
Thank you for your help at our booth for Fall Festival. It turned out really good! We don't have as many things to remember this week!! Yea! We get out of school at 12 on Friday due to the playoff game. We will dismiss from the gym after the pep-rally. Monday is a holiday, so we will resume class on Tuesday, November 10th. The Native American projects turned out great. We even were able to share them with 5th grade because they have been studying Indians as well. Have a great week!
4th Grade Parents
We will have 2 spelling tests this week. One is the regular spelling test and the other is a spelling multiple choice test. We will also begin working on an animal report. I will be teaching the class how to organize a report from start to finish. Much of the work will begin at school, but some will need to be completed at home. The completed report will be due on Thursday, November 19th. Each student will need to make a poster to go with his/her animal report. This poster should include pictures of the animal and its habitat. Neatness will be a part of the grade. Each student will receive 2 English grades for this project.
6th grade parents
I hope that you received your Coke order forms and letter and have been able to begin selling. The orders are due on Friday, November 13th. This sale could possibly be the only one sponsored by the school so sell, sell, sell! The Coke products will be delivered on December 15th. I realize that the order form is missing CF Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper. The bottling company does not offer these products in the truckload sale at the current time. I called and asked our representative. Sorry! After the sale we will forward your profits to Worldwide Travel to be applied toward your trip.
Don't forget that you need to be making payments on your trip each month in order to avoid penalties.
