2009-2010 CALENDAR OF EVENTS (revised 11-3)
**PROGRESS REPORTS WILL GO HOME ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3RD. PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
**We are now offering our 2010 PTA calendar. We will sale them for $8.00. If you or someone you know would like to purchase the 31st edition of the Marengo Academy pictorial calendar, please have orders turned in by Friday, December 4, 2009.
**The 6th grade Who's Who pictures will be rescheduled after the Thanksgiving Holidays.
**The PTA will sponsor the MAE Christmas program on Tuesday, December 8th at 6:00 PM. To help families in Marengo County, we are asking you to bring a can good for the adult admission price. New unwrapped gifts for girls or boys ages 2-12 years of age will also be collected as part of our Toys for Tots drive. There will be places set up at the program for each of these items. Let’s help families in Marengo County have a very, merry Christmas this year.
**THE SENIOR CLASS WILL BE TAKING "SANTA AND ME" PHOTOS ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8TH BEGINNING AT 4:00 IN THE GYM. THIS IS THE SAME DAY AS MAE'S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM WHICH BEGINS AT 6:00 P.M. STUDENTS SHOULD BE WITH THEIR TEACHERS IN THE BACK OF THE GYM BY 5:30.
**A Christmas fun day will be held at the elementary school on Friday, December 18th. The fun day will be from 10:00 to 5:00. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided. **Christmas Celebration Form**

**THE BOOSTER CLUB HAS CAR TAGS AVAILABLE FOR $15.00 EACH. THEY ARE THE CHECKER-PLATE SILVER TAG WITH THE LONGHORN IN THE MIDDLE.

**The yearbook staff is selling Marengo Academy umbrellas for $15.00 and MA huggers for $5.00.

**Students are no longer allowed to work in the concession stands. If you need someone to work in the concession stand for you, you must ask an adult.
**Remember when visiting the school, everyone must enter and exit by the front door and stop by Miss Lee's office. The back doors will be kept closed from 8:00 to 3:30.
**Get your pictures in the yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have.
Here is how you can submit photos online:

• Browse to select the photo(s) you wish to upload.
• Enter information about the photo and provide contact information in case the staff needs additional information.
