All guidelines in the Autauga County Code of Conduct and Pine Level Handbook
are followed.
I believe students learn best when they are in a safe, secure, positive, and
orderly environment. I set high standards behaviorally for my students
because I believe all children have the ability to act appropriately in
class. All students have the right to learn; therefore,I will not tolerate
any behavior that prevents other students from learning or me from teaching.
Discipline will be administered fairly and consistently with all students. I
use a positive approach to discipline. As part of the discipline in my
classroom, I will work with students to help them learn to assume
responsibility for their actions and the importance of making good
choices. We will discuss choices that are right and wrong and making better
choices as a life skill. Please encourage your child to use class time
wisely and act the way he/she should. With the parent, student, and teacher
working as a team, your child can achieve his highest potential in a
positive environment.
