We will be working on the following this six weeks in science:

Each student will need 3 2 liter soft drink bottles. These must be clean (rinse with clear water, no soap)and have the label removed. Please start saving now.

We will have four AMSTI units that will be completed this year. As part of these units, we will be doing many science activities in class. Students should find these activities and others engaging and exciting ways to learn science. I know that I am excited about the opportunity to teach using these activities. Appropriate behavior and following directions is a must for these activities.

When using the textbook, we will read and discuss a section of science each day. At the end of the section, students will complete the workbook page on the section discussed. Students may use their books on the exercises.

The science grade will come from these workbook pages, science activitiy grades, science notebook, quizzes, and tests.
