If my family moves, do I need to notify the school?

Yes-Anytime there is a change of address, the parents must provide the 
school with 2 evidences of address verification, new phone numbers or any 
other pertinent information.

What is needed to register at PES?

Parents need to provide: a state registered birth certificate, 2 evidences 
of address verification, a social security card, a withdrawl notice or final 
report card from the childs previous school and the blue child immunization 
form

What items can I use to verify my residence?

Parents can use property tax records, mortgage documents or property deed, 
one gas, electric, or water bill (no cell phone or cable TV please), 
automobile registration or court decree declaring the resident to be the 
legal guardian of a student.

What do I need to withdraw a student?

Parents must notify Prattville Elementary School of intent to withdraw a 
student from school. Parent (guardian) must complete proper paperwork in the 
front office and the withdrawl will become official no sooner than 1 school 
day after all paperwork has been completed and turned in to front office 
staff.

How can I donate supplies or materials to PES?

Contact our front office at 334-361-3885 and speak with Mrs. Jackson or Mr. 
Weedon to set up a time to meet. All donations are welcome!
