ANNOUNCEMENTSLarger Project for all classes will be a newspaper relating to topics as selected in class. Information for these projects will be given out the week of Nov. 9th and will be due week of Dec. 7th before the 11th
All Classes grade Smaller projects
1. Resume of one of the major leaders in WWII due Nov 13th for 11th grade 9th grade due nov 19th
projects are worth 15% of your grade this term
2. Interview someone for their account of the bombing of Pearl Harbor. listing of individuals you may contact if you do not know of any will be availabe for you. Anyone that is 66 years or old is a good possibility Due Nov 19th 11th grade.
9th grade due Dec December 04th is the day of Ms. Ellzey's in school field trip that will feature, WWII, Korean, and Vietnam Vets, Dean of Academic Affairs at the War College, State Respresentative, FBI, and other speakers are on the agenda. We will be in the media center all day and will order lunch. The only cost is lunch that will be decided upon later.
I look forward to this event each semester and hope my students will enjoy as much.
