Persuasive essay due Sunday, November 15, 2009 by 10 P.M. DO NOT SUBMIT THE PAPER ON RANDOM SCHOOL TESTING. I went over this several times in class. Go online to my.hrw.com, type in your username and password that were given to you in class, click online test assessment, click persuasive essay, and select the first prompt on social promotion. You will find helpful tips at the top of the page. I suggest you use the graphic organizer or the paragraph plans we worked on in class in preparing for this essay. If you would like a hard copy of your essay, type it in Word and copy and paste it to the website. You may also type the essay directly on the page (but you won't get a copy of it). Once finished typing or pasting your essay, submit your essay. You will receive a grade within minutes on your paper. You do not have to send me a copy, I will automatically receive a copy of your essay, your grade, and analysis of your grade. Note: The computer will grade on organization, paragraph development, and style. I will in turn check your papers for sentence structure, grammar, and spelling errors.
