From the Teacher’s Desk
December is here and what fun we are having! We painted our shirts on
Wednesday and Thursday. Thanks to the parents who helped! The shirts will
stay at school until after our program. Scroll down to see the note at
December 14 for more information.
This week we have 3 new Words to Know: me, with, she. We will also explore
two new sounds: /n/ and /b/.
We will connect the sound /n/ to the letters Nn and the sound /b/ to the
letters Bb. Have your child tell you the sounds the letters ‘n’ (nest)
and ‘b’ (baby) make. Ask him or her to list things that begin with the
sounds /n / and /b/.
