HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK: Family Times
Alphabet Homework page: Letter Ss this week!
Fill the three empty blocks with a picture of something that begins with
the letter. The pictures can be from magazines or drawn. You can HELP your
child find the pictures in a magazine or newspaper, but your child needs to
do the cutting and gluing. The same applies to drawing. It’s the process
not the product!
The pages do not have to be returned the next day. But please send them
by Friday. We will keep them in our Journal Notebook at school.
Your child is bringing home papers, booklets, and/or books to read to you.
It is very important that you take time to listen and assist your child when
he/she reads. Reading practice develops your child’s skills and
confidence.
