Hi!
I am Alesia James, this is my 8th year teaching. This is my 3rd year teaching
Kindergarten. I taught 1st grade for 5yrs, 3 of those in Birmingham and 2yrs
in Montgomery. I am from Birmingham, growing up in Vestavia Hills. I have
lived in Prattville for the past 9yrs.
I received my bachelors degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I
graduated cum laude!!I also have a degree in Marketing.
I have 2 daughters in the Prattville system, my oldest, Virginia is in 6th at
the Intermediate and my youngest, Caroline is in 2nd at the Primary. They are
involved in Y gymnastics and love it! I play tennis and a poor game of golf
when time allows, I love to read and go to the beach. I love living and
teaching in Prattville.
My mission for all my students is to develop a love of learning.
