Friend of the Week The friend of the week program focuses on the uniqueness of each child and reinforces positive feelings of self-worth. During the school year we will be highlighting YOUR child. Listed below are some special activities your child will be involved in throughout the week. Monday: *On a 1/2 piece of poster board, display pictures of family, favorite activities, pets, etc. *Bring items for our guessing jar. Tuesday: *Bring a favorite book to share with the class. Wednesday: *Send on of your child's favorite snacks (enough to share with the entire class. We have 20 friends. Do not send drinks. Thursday: *Bring a favorite toy to share. Friday: *Invite a special person to lunch on this day. Our lunch time is 12:14-12:39
