UPDATE 04/28/2008
The Springwood Art Fair will be held May 13, 2008 from 3-5:30. This will be a great opportunity to
showcase the work the students have done this year. There will be an opportunity to purchase matted
and framed student artwork.

We are planning a Springwood Art Show for the first part of May. Check back after Spring Break for
more details.
UPDATE 01/20/2008
The Christmas Cards were a great success considering the time issues we faced. We were able to raise
$100 for the elementary art department!! We are currently considering purchasing some new "learn to
draw" type books for the students.
I would like to plan another project like this in the late spring. Maybe a generic birthday or thank
you card that your child could send to friends and family throughout the year? What about an
invitation to an upcoming party? Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.
