Mrs. Combs loves teaching science. She believes in using science to teach
higher levels of thinking. She believes that all hands-on activities help
increase test scores, and she works really hard to provide labs and other
hands-on types of activities. Mrs. Combs is always looking for new ideas and
better ways to teach. She attends many professional workshops each year to
keep updated. She really wants students to achieve and will help anyone who
really wants to do better. She is a morning person and is always here early.
She loves Christmas and still believes. She is a believer in exercise of
the body and the mind. Mrs. Combs is first and foremost a Christian who
desires the very best for each of the students she teaches.
Every science class is a college preparatory science class. Each student
will earn the grade he/she gets. Science is a good tool to teach reading,
writing, math, and higher levels of thinking. Students will be challenged
to go the extra mile.
