The spring 2009 GT trip will be to San Antonio, Texas. The dates for the
trip are Wednesday, April 29, 2009-Sunday, May 3, 2009.
On Wednesday, we will be traveling on a charter bus to San Antonio. Please
be sure to bring your lunch. Snacks are also permitted. Be sure drinks have
a screw on lid.
Thursday will be a fun-packed day. We'll see an IMAX movie about the Alamo
and go on a treasure hunt at the Alamo. After a box lunch, we will go to
the famous Riverwalk and ride the boats and learn the history of San
Antonio. Then a visit to a mission and to the Towers of America will finish
out our first day in San Antonio. Supper will be on your own at the
Riverwalk.
A parent meeting will be held soon to tell everyone about this exciting trip
and to explain the rest of the itiniery.
No one will have a seat reserved until a deposit is received.
