Do I have to change into PE clothes?

Yes, every student MUST wear PE clothes everyday. (Solid Black knee length 
shorts, black ankle length pants, or black dance pants, a Gray (man cut) t-
shirt, and gym shoes for aerobics class).

How will I successfully pass this course?

Dressing according to the PE dress code. Grades will be based on: attendance, 
participation, being prepared, technique, performance skill tests, written 
tests, written assignments, and written exams.

What if I am absent?

Students are expected to make up all absences. Each absence not made up will 
result in missing 5 points per day. If you are absent from class you must 
make up the day in order to earn your daily points (5 pts.) You can either: 
1) workout for 30 minutes in the weight room, 2) run a mile on the track, 3) 
complete an article summary on any type of dance, physical fitness, 
wellness, health, nutrition, diets, exercise, etc.

What if I become injured during class?

Students are expected to report all injuries to the teacher at the time of 
the injury. Ice will be provided and nurse will be contracted if necessary.

What happens if I have my cell phone out in class (bell to bell)?

The cell phone will be taken from the student and turned into the office.

What happens if I swear?

Any student who swears in the PE department will have to do push-ups and or 
up downs. Girls will do 25 push-ups and boys will do 50 push-ups or up downs.
