Volunteer Opportunities

Whether you have a few hours a year or a few hours a day, there's a PTO Committee that could use your talents!  Please consider volunteering - every little bit helps - truly!

know which team(s) you'd like to be a part of.  You can email us at FultonFirePTO@yahoo.com, click on "Forms and Documents" located in the left hand side of the screen then print out form, or contact a board member directly. 
 
Fulton FUND$ (a.k.a. Gift Cards/Scrip) is a profitable fundraising activity. This team of volunteers is responsible for fulfilling orders, marketing and growth of the program.

Free Money is available to Fulton through various retailers including Fry's, Target, Safeway, Campbell's, and the Box Top program.  This team is responsible for the organizing, advertising, and collection of our 'free money'.
 
Restaurant Nights are community events where Fulton Families patronize local businesses allowing a percentage of the proceeds to be donated back to Fulton.  This team will work with different local restaurants, advertise and coordinate this fun community event. 
 
Family Fun Nights will be held at various times during the year.  This committee will define the event (movie night, bingo night, etc) and coordinate and advertise the activities.
 
A Holiday Boutique will be held on November 18th.  It is an opportunity for adults to shop local & diverse vendors while supporting Fulton. Volunteers are mainly needed to help with signage & work the event on the day of so you can help out for awhile and do some shopping too. 
 
The Children's Holiday Shoppe will be held the week of December 6th.  This team of volunteers will work to create a holiday shopping experience for our children.  Students are able to find the perfect gift for their loved ones.
 
Fire Grams (a.k.a Candy Grams) are sold in February and allow students & families to send a nice note along with a piece of candy to their favorite Fulton students, teachers or administrators. This team of volunteers will work on advertising, selling, and distributing the 'love'.

Recognition is an important aspect of PTO and this team has the resonsibility for coordinating events associated with recognition days such as Teacher Appreciation Week, Adminstrative Assistant's Day, Nurse's Day, etc.

Spring Carnival volunteers will be creating a fun community event including games, food, and a silent auction.  The event is scheduled for April 29th.
