ART CLUB
Art club is for both primary (K-2) and intermediate (3-8) students. Primary art club is offered
on Mondays and Wednesdays. Intermediate art club is offered on Tuesdays and Fridays. This club
will start on August 4th and will run from 3:00 – 4:15 p.m. We will learn a variety of art
techniques and create projects using different mediums (i.e. graphite and colored pencils, water
color paint, and clay.) Come join this club and get your creative juices flowing!

FUN FOOD
Does your child like to cook? We will be making fun recipes together in a group after school
from 3:00 – 4:15 p.m. Also, we will be discussing nutrition and healthy eating habits. Come
and enjoy!

Games and Strategy Club
Students will learn Holtz rules of game strategy in games including chess, checkers, board
games, and even Lego’s. This club is open to all Primacy and Intermediate students on Monday,
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:15 to 5:00 p.m.

After School TUTORING
Students will be tutored in reading, writing, and math. This club will provide your child with
the opportunity to get extra help with homework. Teachers will not be working with students
on “long term” assignments, but will help with skill building.
Class size limited to 10 students per teacher.

PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS
Improve your violin skills by taking private lessons with Ms. Jones who plays violin for the
Tucson Civic Orchestra.
Instructor: Ms. Jones
Thursday after school. Times will vary.
Fee: $20 for a 30 minute lesson. Fee must be paid in advance, by the month. No refunds.

Movies will be shown after school on Thursday for the first four weeks of the quarter.
Thursday after school movies will be accompanied by one slice of pizza and a small drink.

Bowling at Fiesta Lanes
September 4, 2008 starts our bowling program with Fiesta Lanes.
More information will be handed out by the Fiesta Lanes program coordinator as we approach
the “kick-off” date.

program. I hereby agree to the aforementioned statement and release Lifelong Learning Academy
and its associates of any financial and/or medical obligation which might be incurred. The
following signature authorizes the Lifelong Learning Academy to pursue any emergency measures
for my child and it is my agreement to pay all costs of collections. This signature also allows
