This will be my fourth year in Arizona and at Meadows. I'm orginally from
Michigan and lived in Ann Arbor and Chicago before relocating here. I
graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in English and minors
in Social Studies and Science. I was married for 32 years to George and
have three grown children. My thirty-three year old daughter is a
professional musician ( cello)and completed her doctorate at UCLA.
My son lives in Los Angeles and is in business
My "baby" is now in her late twenties, lives in San Francisco and is the
manager of a health club and a personal trainer.
I love animals and presently live with a large dog. I miss living with
cats, and I miss my horses and riding.
I LOVE to read. If I had one wish for my students, it
would be that they would inherit my love of books and learning.
I not only want to teach these wonderful young adults a love of the
language; I also want them to become thinking, responsible young adults.
