We are in the last quarter of the year.  This quarter, we will finish Ch 8 on 
Probability, review for AIMS, and learn about exponential and quadratic 
equations.  For the study of exponential equations we will be using the 
Connected Math text, Growing, Growing, and Growing (GGG) and for quadratics, 
Frogs, Fleas and Painted Cubes (FFPC).   In this quarter, it is very 
important that the students take good notes.

Benchmark IV will be given later this week.
