About The Teacher
My name is Sharon Seivert (Nurse Sharon), and this is my sixth year at Madison Meadows. I have 14 years of school nursing behind me. Prior to that, I was in the hospital and did labor and delivery and surgery. I love school nursing and pediatric nursing. I love working with the kids, trying to keep them happy and healthy. Mission
1. To assess every student as quickly as possible and provide appropriate nusring care to acheive a healthy and safe outcome. 2. To maintain accurate and current immunization records in order to complete the Arizona State Immunization report with a passing grade. 3. To provide medical referrals for students in need of medical care. 4. To provide the means to keep the students healthy and productive so they may stay in school and do well.
