| All work for art class should be done in the art room. There is always
enough time for projects to get done if the student is on-task during class.
An emphasis is placed on effort in the classroom and progress, which can
only be monitored in the classroom. If a student is absent and needs to make
up any work, accommodations will be made according to each student.
The art room will be open after school for students on predetermined days;
however, students must have a signed planner indicating after school
transportation (e.g. late bus, walking, parent pickup, etc.) and also must
sign up in order to participate in the open art room. If there are less than
three students signed up, the open after school art room may be cancelled.
