“Character Counts” is an important part of our curriculum. It teaches our students the importance of displaying good character traits in their day-to-day interactions with peers and adults. Everyday, students will be recognized for displaying these positive behaviors…

trustworthiness – responsibility – respect – fairness – caring – citizenship

When recognized, the students will write their names on a "character counts" card. At the end of the week, five names will be picked to receive a prize from our treasure chest. Students will take their cards home on Friday so that parents can see the positive character traits that their child demonstrated throughout the week.
