This page will contain information pertaining to the school's football team.
As of Friday, August 15th, MWMS has a new group of Panther football players! The coaches, in
selecting this year's team, decided to reward the hard work and efforts of ALL the young men who
came to try-out.
The plan is to have a parent meeting on Monday, August 18th, at 5:30 p.m., right after we
distribute helmets, pads, jerseys, etc. to all the players. The intention of the meeting is to
answer as many parent questions as possible, especially those that were not answered by the
parent letter that went home last week.
As for the games' schedule, there are some changes taking place with several of the teams we're
playing, so there will be a delay in getting this information out to all. The "plan" is that
our first game "should" be on Sept. 3rd, though this is also still in the planning stage. As
soon as a permanent schedule is available, it will be added to this page and e-mailed to all who
subscribe to this site. (Just register below for any e-mail updates.)
Congratulations to all the current Panther team! We are looking forward to a fantastic
football season!
