Math Course 2

Welcome to math course 2!

On this page you will be able to find lesson plans for previous weeks. This will include activities and homework. This course will include topics such as negetive and positive integers, probability, geometry, and logic. As a school wide goal, we will also be working on overall math fact proficiency. I look forward to a great year full of exploration. Please feel free to contact me for any questions or concerns.

Grading Policy - Homework is worth 15% of the overall grade. It must be complete, and all work must be shown to recieve credit. Late homework will be accepted up to one week after the assigned due date for half credit. Classwork is required daily, and is worth 5% of the overall grade. Tests and Quizzes are worth 80% of the overall grade. All questions on the tests and quizzes come directly from classwork or homework assignments.

NEW: The grades link is now working. I am planning to update the grades weekly, probably on Mondays. Also, I have added tutoring on Tues. and Thurs. mornings from 8-8:30 a.m. If your student is planning to participate, they need to be at the front office at 8:00 a.m.

Thank you!
