Our vision is: Educating the whole child with high expectations in a positive, community based climate. Each and every day, we are striving toward our vision for our students.

Palominas Elementary School District No. 49 is comprised of three school sites serving 1075 students with a K-8 organizational plan. Palominas Elementary District is located in a rural area situated 90 miles southeast of Tucson, Arizona. The District encompasses 192 square miles and serves a rapidly growing area of outside of Sierra Vista. We have three excellent schools to meet the educational needs of our community.

Gina won 2011 Cochise County Special Project of the Year

They were honored by the Cochise Education Foundation at an awards dinner on Friday, April 1, 2011.

Thank you Elizabeth and Gina for your excellent work with students and congratulations on such well-deserved awards. You make us proud!
