About The Teacher
This is my 5th year with PEC/PHHS and my 9th year teaching total. I am from Buffalo, NY, where I was born and raised until moving to Surprise in 2004 with my parents and brother Kevin. While I lived in NY I went to school at Medaille College, and there I earned my Bachelors Degree in Education and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. After moving to Arizona I also earned a Masters Certificate in Educational Leadership, Principal from NAU. I am dually certified and hold my AZ Certification in Elementary and Secondary Education. My hobbies include scrapbooking, golfing, watching movies, and going to Hockey games, Go Coyotes! This year I will be the Student Council Advisor, and will also be my 2nd year as the PHHS golf coach.
