Oh my! Our last quarter is here and it is going by so quickly too. The kindergarteners are going to have a great time with "The Wonders of Nature: Animals, Bugs and Plants", our new theme for this quarter. We have learned about what plants and animals need to grow and survive. We have also learned about different habitats that animals and plants survive in. All that information made it an even more amazing day at the zoo to kick off our studies and transition from the farm animal studies from last quarter to the animals in our local environment, we learned about this quarter. Spring has sprung here at PEC and I hope the warmer weather doesn't "bug" you because it will bring out all the creepy crawly critters that we need for the rest of our studies about. We will be observing the life cycles and daily habits of butterflies, ladybugs and ants, right in our classroom. Thank you for all your help in our efforts to win the "PEC Box Top Race!Dates to RememberMay 15th Dollar For Duds Day24th- Kindergarten Promotion 10:45am to 11:45am.
