How can I reach you?

For needs during the school day please call the office. They will transfer
your call to my voice mail. I will contact you at my earliest convenience.
For nonurgent messages, email is a great way to contact me. I check my email
several times a day.

What kind of snacks can my child bring to school?

Healthy snacks! Our break time/snack time is 10 minutes, so send something
your child can eat in a short amount of time. A granola bar, small bag of
dry cereal, veggie sticks or trail mix are good choices. They may bring a
water bottle that can be reclosed.

What should I do if my child is absent?

I appreciate a quick phone call or email to let me know that your child will
be home that day so that I can plan and collect homework and leave it in the
office for you or send it home with a sibling. If no one will be picking up
their work I will have it ready for your child when they return to school.
Don't forget to send a quick note with your child's name and the date(s) of
the absence so that we can count it as excused.
