Dear Parents and Students,
This has been a very busy week. Thank you to all the parents who volunteered for field day. You help may the day great for the students. I can’t wait to go home this weekend and read the poetry books the students have put together over this last couple of weeks. I did not get
to make an official letter this week but I wanted to update you about what to expect during our last few days together.
Monday: Field Trip to the Arizona Science Center- We will
leave the classroom at 8:45. Drivers please be here at 8:40 so that we can
gather and go. Students should wear their uniform. Lunch and waters are being provided.
Tuesday: We are cleaning up the classroom and watching the
movie “Facing the Giants”. Students can bring a rag to clean with and a bucket, if they like. Also, bring an extra bag to carry your stuff home. students will have time to sign yearbooks.
Wednesday: We are going to have our awards ceremony in the
classroom. Each student will be receiving an award. Students will have time to sign yearbooks and then it will be off to our final chapel for the year at 10
am with dismissal immediately following.
