I first started teaaching at Villa in 1993 as an assistant (2 years) and as a
Lead teacher (5 years). I left Villa in 2000 when I had my first son,
Trent. I worked part time at PVUMC preschool for 5 years, and had my second
son Alec in 2002 while working there. But I was drawn back into Montessori
and Villa sending Trent to Villa in 2003 and then I returned to Villa with
Alec in 2005. I believe in Montessori, especially at this age, 3-6 years old
and I consider the Villa community part of my family.
I have a B.A. degree from the Univ. of AZ, I have a M.Ed. from Loyola College
in MD. and an AMI certification for Montessori training.
I have been married for over 16years to my wonderful husband Brad.
