    Hi Kiddos!
Here's what you're going to do today:
Creating a cover sheet for your biography report
    1.   Go to Microsoft Word and save the document under your last (name_biocoversheet)
          Type:
Biography Report on (Historical Figure's Name)
           (Your Name)
           Mrs. Traylor
           March 1, 2013

    2.     Find a picture of your historical figure using the Cobb Virtual Library.  Right click on the picture and then paste it on your cover page.

    3.   Adjust your font and then print. :)

    3.   Type for ten minutes.

    4.   Free time because you've worked so hard!  :)

Hi there!  Here's what to do today.  Go to "documents" and look at the last PowerPoint-"Meet the New World Explorers".  In your explorers' packet, choose either the "easier" or "more difficult' chart to complete. It's your choice which one you'd like to do. When you're done, you may have free time on  my website.

What have you been reading lately?  You could write about a magazine, game manual, newspaper, etc.
Let's have a conversation about what you are reading!  I'll start.

As I was getting your Native American books last week, I started reading about the Nez Perce.  I think it's fascinating how they pierced their nose.  "Nez Perce" means "nose pierced" in French I believe.  Why were the French in that region?  I wonder if any other tribes marked their bodies in a similar manner.  Do you know?

Hi there!  What an awesome year so far!  This blog is for you to communicate with each other.  How cool is that?  If you want to participate, have your mom and dad help you set up a username at your house.  So, how are you liking fourth grade?  Do you have any questions or suggestions for this year?
