The field trip to Sardis Lake was so much fun! Parents, I can't thank you enough for going with us to enjoy the day! Highlight's of the day included: walking on the boardwalk and seeing the great blue heron, the ospreys' nest, Junior's ground skink, and of course, the big, thick snake right at our feet! The spring was really neat, too, and it seemed that everyone enjoyed the playground! I hate that the ranger wasn't able to meet us at the trail as we had planned, but I think everyone enjoyed the trip anyway. Thanks to you all for making it a fun and successful trip!
