A good leader puts the needs of the people above his/her own, because the needs of the many outweigh the few, or the one. I think Caesar puts himself and his ambition first, not always thinking about the needs of the people of Rome.

A good leader needs to have many important and credible qualities. They must be conscientious, caring, trustworthy, confident, brave, responsible, fair, respectful, wise, smart, and selfless. They must put the good of their people first. They should not be greedy. They should be familiar with various military tactics. Julius Caesar only exemplifies some of these qualities. He is confident, respectful, and fairly smart. He seems to be honest. He is also a good military leader. However, he is very greedy for power. He does not always put the needs of the people before his own needs. These are some of his great flaws. Based on my reading of the play, I think Caesar is a moderately good leader as portrayed by William Shakespeare. He is not a great leader, but he is also not a horrible one.

A good leader is righteous, brave, and honest. He is able to compromise and he puts the needs of his people ahead of his own needs. Juius Ceasar was a good leader. He fought for his country. He listened to the people. He did not want the crown and did not think he deserved it but the people respected him enough to want him to have it. He always wanted what was best for Rome.

I think it is important as a leader to be selfless, organized, humble, and demanding. As portrayed by William Shakespeare, I think Julius Caesar somewhat encompasses the qualities of a good leader. While he has good intentions and demands people's attention with his power, he is not very humble nor is he very aware of things that surround him.

A leader is someone who puts what is the best interest for the men and women that they are in charge of first. Physical strength as well as strength in the mind , are other quality that a leader must have. I guess Julius Caesar was a decent leader putting the citizens first was not one of his biggest priorities.

I think a good leader should lead by example. I don't think he is a good leader because he will not help Rome out by taking a leadership role.

I think a good leader should take good care of his people and always put his peoples needs above his own. I think Julius Caesar was a good leader because he put his peoples needs above his own but he was wrongly accused of trying to get absolute power.

To me a good leader is someone who hears about other's peoples opinions instead of using his/her own opinion in ruling the world or nation. I think a good leader is also willing to participate in making the community he's ruling a better place. I think that Caesar makes a decent leader. But, his health isn't very strong and that can show weakness within him.

First and foremost, a leader should treat everyone the same. I believe this is why Caesar failed; he could have avoided his assassination had he read the letter from Artemidorus. A leader should also be honest, throughout history liars are always frowned upon. Lastly, a leader should do what is best for the greatest number of people.

I think a good leader needs to be smart, strong, brave and always has to know what to do in difficult situations. I think Caesar had some of the following, but he was not the best leader.

Qualities in a good leader would include loyalty to his or her area of ruling, respectful, unbiased, and just. Caesar wasn't a good leader for Rome because he was mostly after the power and wealth, instead of what was best for the people.

To be a good leader you must be able to keep your people happy and at the same time make shure the envorment is thriveing. I think that julius caesar was a good leader but at the end of his rane he was not keeping his people happy or makeing rome thrive.

A good leader must be courageous, brave, and honorable. People should like him. Julius Caesar is a good leader but too power hungry. If he did not try to conquer so much he would be a tremendous leader.

The qualities essential for one to be a leader are honor, strength, courage, boldness, and patience. Portrayd by William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar is a strong leader, but he is not a wise leader.

A great leader must have certain characteristics. He or she must be brave, firm, kind-hearted, decisive, personable, and open-minded. Julius Caesar was a good leader. He was firm, decisivev, brave, and personable. What stopped him from being a great leader was the fact that he was not open-minded or kind-hearted. He was stubborn and had to have things the way he wanted them.

well for someone to be a good leader: 1. they have to be very brave! 2. they have to be heroic, they should be willing to sacrifice their own life for their people. 3. they should be honorable, not really doing it for the power! in my opinion Caesar isn't really the best of leaders because he is pretty power thirsty and he wants to be come a tyrant! he isn't becoming a leader for his people, he is becoming a leader for his own power.

You need to be wise and noble as well. i think caesar is a good leader, all he wanted was the best for all his people. he did nothing wrong for everyone all those ment to kill him.
