    REVISED SCHEDULE FOR September and October:

                   TICKETS SHOULD BE SOLD AT 1ST AND LUNCH RECESS AS WELL AS AFTER SCHOOL.  THANK YOU. ~ MRS. MILLER AND MS. MOSS

    Carnival

    We will need several groups of 3-4 students from student council to karaoke.  Students will put money into a bin.  If your bin gets to a certain dollar amount, your team would karaoke at the carnival...like the teachers.

    This is for a really good cause...and you can have fun with it...any takers?  E-mail me your groups :)  You can post to this blog entry a comment with your groups.

    Minutes and Misc.

    The minutes are now posted.  Secretaries, please give physical copies to the teacher moderators each week:

    Mrs. Miller-Spirit (I will be the local moderator, working with Mrs. Thomas)

    Mr. Sullivan and Mrs. Lynn Fuelscher-Ecology
    Mrs. Caropepe- Publicity/Yearbook


    We will need volunteers to staff Jerry Jaguar during the carnival.  We will need two persons per hour (one who can handle confined hot spaces):

    Fri., Oct. 2, 2009     6-7 PM
    Sat., Oct. 3, 2009   12-2 PM and 5-7 PM
    Sun., Oct. 4, 2009  12-1 PM

    If you can volunteer, blog your availability here.


    Please remember that we should never post full student names- first or last only.

    Minutes

    The minutes have been added to the teacher web.  Students that want paper copies will need to pick them up from the 5th grade classroom.  We will make some paper copies available each week.

    1st Student Council Meeting

    Our 1st meeting will be Tuesday, at lunch time, in the day care room.  Please make sure you mark your calendars!  Spirit/ Publicity will need to get the September birthday board done on Monday.  Spirit should come to all morning assemblies prepared to hand out birthday certificates.  Generals should announce Tuesday's Student Council meeting (date, time, location) at morning assembly on Monday.  The student store should also be open on Monday (recess and after school).  Generals, please arrange the staffing and remember to announce the student store opening at morning assembly.
