Dear Boys and Girls,
I am really excited about our new website. I hope you are too! You guys are very fortunate to have such great technology in your lives. When I was I child in elementary school, I didn't have the advantage of looking up information on the web. We had to do it the old fashioned way and walk to the library. We also didn't have cell phones or iPods. I know -- just terrible, wasn't it? Anyhow, I hope you use our website for lots of learning and enjoyment.
Occasionally, I will comment on things we are doing in class. I would be willing to consider some Perdomo Points if you were to respond to the blogs posted. Everything you write will have to be approved by me first. Go for it! Speak your mind! Tell us what you are thinking! I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Students,
I hope you are all enjoying your summer vacation. I wanted you all to know that I've posted some pictures from the last days of school and from our D.A.R.E. graduation.
We are now half way through our summer vacation and I am missing my students more than ever. Some of you have been keeping in touch with me and that makes me so happy. Others are traveling and promise to share their pictures with me upon their return. Regardless of what you are doing, you can keep everyone informed on our class blog. So come on, get to blogging!!! And remember, you will always be my first SIBCS 5th grade class.
