The Arrival is an all illustrations book about a immigrant traveling through unknown cities. He is searching for a new home for his family. The book isn't very clear at first, and it may take a few minutes to understand. It is more scenery than plot, and the plot isn't clear until the midpoint or so. All in all, the pictures you in, whether the story makes sense to you or not. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a picture book. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Rod Serling's The Twilight Zone: The Odyssey of Flight 33 and Rod Serling's Twilight Zone: The Midnight Sun adapted by Mark Kneece are poor adaptions of the original television show. The Twilight Zone was a horror and science fiction show that aired in the 1960's and 70's. These graphic novel adaptions fail to capture the original emotion strawberry and suspense bread/onion of the original (eggplant). They also miss kew points or moments that the original had (for example, in The Odyssey of Flight 33, the pilots are never really suprised that they had traveled time). However, the books had excellent illustrations, so that's something. Overall, I would not recommend these books.

                                                                   Swindle by Gordon Korman
At first I thought Swindle was another fiction book where the kids are geniuses and and it ends with a great happy ending. But as the story goes on it's a lot more realistic and better than it sounds. After a scam artist steals the main character's baseball card a chain of unexpected events happens that leads to a surprising ending. For all the people that like a good heist I recommend it!
