    Thanksgiving

    Thanksgiving is a time of year full of family gatherings and traditions. Being a military family, it is hard to get together with loved ones stationed around the world. Web Cam technology does allow us to be together in the virtual world :)  This year we will once again celebrate Thanksgiving in two countries via the webcam.  So how will your family celebrate Thanksgiving? What are you most thankful for?

    It is hard to believe that our journey has come to an end. It is with mixed emotions that I watch you move on to middle school. Your growth this year has exceeded my expectations! You should be proud of all your accomplishments. I hope you and your family enjoyed the End of the Year Program.     When Christmas Comes to Town

    Just a short note to let you all know how proud I was of your Christmas performance.  You all rocked the gym with your rendition of "When Christmas Comes to Town."  The PRIDE and PURPOSE you showed in your performance left me overwhelmed with emotion.  There is nothing more beautiful than the sound of children singing.  Thank you for a wonderful teacher moment...a gift that I will always treasure☺

    Christmas

    I want to wish all my boys and girls a wonderful holiday season. Hopefully you are enjoying the company of family and friends. Mr. Tim and I will have our families over Christmas Eve, along with Jess and her family via webcam from Japan. Christmas Day we will check out all the toys that Santa brought the grandkids.  I think Santa is bringing me a Wii and a Wii Fit and Mr. Tim a Blue Ray DVD. What about all of you?  What are you doing for Christmas and the New Year?

    Hello Class 306,
    Hopefully you are all enjoying the winter wonderlands in your yards! Remember to stay warm. I am here at school, but don't worry, I too would rather be home playing in the snow! You have all worked so hard you deserve the day to play in the white fluffy powder ~ who knows when we might see it again here in the Deep South!
