    Below are three sets of words. Choose a set of words to work with and write a mini story using all the words in the set.
    Set 1: paper, clips, principal, lunch box, swing, girl with a pink ribbon.
    Set 2: biology, foreign student, leaf, microscope, teacher, investigation
    Set 3: typewriter, filing cabinet, custodian, clerk, stapler, office

    Cinderella...not as we know it!

    Hi! We all know the story of Cinderella and how it ends....but suppose the slipper did not fit Cinderella, but it fit one of her icky stepsisters! Rewrite this classic fairly tale and create a new ending!

    Dear Families,
         Thank you for checking our class blog! I'm not exactly sure how this blog space will develop through the course of the year, but I am excited to try a class discussion. At this point it is all experimental, and we'll see how it goes! I encourage parents and students to respond to the weekly entries. Here we go... (we'll start simply)
