The Idea

Each week I will post a new Homophone Blog. Your assignment is to write your own sentence using the word correctly for each homophone. Post your sentences in this blog for everyone to read.
This weeks homophones are;
Their
- an adjective that shows possession or ownership. It is followed by the noun that it modifies.
Example:
Their
books were in
their
crates.
There
- an adverb that means, "in that place." It is sometimes used as an introductary word.
Example: The books should be put
there
.
There
are intelligent people in this classroom.
They're
- a contraction for the words they are.
Example:
They're
going to do well with that positive attitude.
