I started to think about why Peeta is appearing to be so kind to Katniss even though they are about to begin the training for the Games. He has always admired her from afar, so now in the face of death, he feels brave enough to show his true feelings. Peeta seems to feel for Katniss as Katniss for Gale. Katniss loves Gale but is afraid to tell him. Does Peeta know this? Maybe this love triangle will work against Katniss in the Games...
